Youth Ministry

(7th to 12th Grade)

youth group meets on sunday evenings, at 5:00 pm, upstairs in the fLC!

What do we focus on in our Youth Ministry?

Build Faith.

Build Relationships.

The way that we do this is through helping our students in 7-12th grade prioritize their relationship with Jesus, influencing their friends, and experiencing personal, hands-on ministry.

when do we meet?

the school year:

5:00-7:00 pm

@ the Family Life Center

the Summer:

7:45am-12:00pm

@ Lake Rabun

During the school year (starting after Labor Day through Memorial Day) our youth group meets every week on Sundays at 5:00 pm at the Family Life Center for food, games, a relevant bible lesson, and lots of fun.

During the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) our youth group meets at the Family Life Center at 7:45 am, and then we head out to the church’s boathouse on Lake Rabun for Boat Church. We stay after boat church for swimming, fun, fellowship, lunch and a youth led devotional time before we head back to the FLC for parent pick-up at around 12:00 pm.

Each week our goal is to provide a place where our students can be themselves, connect with other students, and experience a biblical message that helps them connect their faith with everyday life at school and home.
